| The KL-Putrajaya Highway is undertaken by Konsortium Lapangan Terjaya Sdn Bhd (KLT), a single purpose company which holds the concession granted by the Government to design, construct, maintain, operate and manage the 26km KL-Putrajaya Highway . |

The concession period is for 33 years commencing from 28 October 2003 .
KLT is a subsidiary of Bright Focus Sdn Bhd which in turn is a wholly owned subsidiary company of Maju Holdings Sdn Bhd.
